After 15 days of anxiety, Michellene la Roque hugged and kissed her four daughters who survived the mega-earthquake that destroyed much of Haiti earlier this month. Following the quake, Michellene, who has lived in Puerto Vallarta for two years, went to the media and city hall, requesting asylum for her daughters.
