As an unusually large crowd of Chula Vista homeowners started settling into their seats for the January 23 member assembly convened by officers elected one year ago, a process server from the Chapala Civil Court walked to the front of the meeting room at the Hotel Real de Chapala to deliver legal documents that threw the gathering completely off track.
