Guadalajara is home to a respectable number of vegetarian restaurants. Most of them are located in or near the “Zona Rosa” (which roughly includes Centro Magno, the U.S. Consulate, and a University of Guadalajara campus) with its plethora of street life, schools, cultural centers, foreigners and those perennial fans of vegetarianism -- young people.
