Drinking alcohol in public places is a no-no in Mexico – except when it’s legally sanctioned. One such case will be between Friday, October 23 and Sunday, October 25, when more than 15,000 people are expected to trek to the Parque Metropolitano to enjoy the 2nd Guadalajara Beer Festival.
