Hundreds of tots and their parents paid homage to the three wise kings and enjoyed free hot chocolate and a piece of rosca de reyes sweet bread January 6 at the Trompo Magico children’s museum.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Goiti store helped elaborate this huge rosca de reyes in Plaza del Sol. Shoppers were asked for a ten-peso donation per piece. The money went to a children’s cancer charity.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jalisco Governor Emilio Gonzalez (4th from left) joins the 12 distinguished jaliscienses awarded the Premio Jalisco and State Youth Awards for 2009.
