More movie theaters

Cinepolis has opened a 14-theater  multiplex in La Ciudadela Lifestyle Center at Moctezuma and Patria.   The new mall, which is anchored by a Walmart store, is rapidly on its way to completion.  Look out for the second biggest Best Buy store in the continent, opening there soon.

Rainy days of December

It doesn’t often rain in December, but Guadalajara’s top weather man Angel Muelenert says we should expect precipitation throughout the winter season.

“It has been raining as a result of the humidity entering the Pacific and the atmospheric change brought on by El Niño,” he says.

Muelenert added that temperature may drop further toward the end of December.
