Dear Sir, I am a former resident of Ajijic and a fan of the Lakeside Little Theater. Jayme Littlejohn is one of my favorite actresses and I always make it a priority to drive to Ajijic anytime she is involved in a performance. Since I was not going to be able to make it to Ajijic anytime during the run of Office Hours, I asked for the privilege of seeing a rehearsal this past weekend. Since this is Jayme’s first time as a director I was anxious to see if she would add a new star to her resume. In a nutshell Lakeside, if you need an evening of laughter and conversation-provoking fun, do not miss this show. From set to actors to costumes to clever use of props this show is a “must see.” I understand that the Peter Palmer who designed the set is none other than Pedro of Pedro’s Gourmet Restaurant. It is spectacular, fun, offbeat, wacky and sets the tone for the show. Another starring debut for LLT. Go prepared to be puzzled, to laugh, to try to put the pieces together ... and by the way, Who IS Margaux Kenyon? Carol Olson, Melaque |
