Dear Sir,

Ms. Chaussee is clearly not responsible for this article, but I do hold the editor of the paper up to a higher level of writing (Laguna Chapalac June 17-23).

For years she has been rambling on and on about things she does not like in our village.  I am not amused.

The word Nazi clearly caught my attention since I am a tad sensitive to Nazis ringing doorbells in the streets of Ajijic.  A good portion of my family did not survive these tactics in Poland, Austria, Yugoslavia and Germany.  Those that have survived prefer not to talk about the horrors of the Nazis. I take that word very very seriously as should you.

This article was neither cute, charming or smart.  Please, let’s keep from name-calling and clearly not let writers of a weekly newspaper get away with venting their own issues.
