Jeanne Lynne (“Lyn”) Brier, beloved wife of Paul Brier, died in her Lakeside home on April 12. She was 56.

Brier was born February 15, 1952 in Corpus Christi, Texas, into a Navy family. She graduated from college in New Jersey with a degree in nursing. She met her husband in Washington, D.C. and joined his business, Virginia Arts Recording, in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 1994.

The Briers built a home in the Las Quintas subdivision of Ajijic in 2005 and retired to the area in the summer of 2006. They spent much of their retirement traveling to exotic places around the world.

Besides her husband, Brier is survived by her son Noel Gre Brier, his wife Laura and their daughter Andrea Korinne. Also surviving are two sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
