Jalisco's largest candy manufacturer Dulces de la Rosa will launch a new range of sugar-free products this week. As well as "light" chocolates and marshmallows, the range will include a sugar-free version of the Tlajomulco-based company's ever-popular Mazapanes, the small cylindrical confections made from ground almonds that have become De la Rosa's emblem over many decades.
