Dear Sir, Mr. Bollenbach seems to have forgotten rule #1 -- when traveling or living in a foreign country, never forget you are a guest in that country. What is the function of a guest other than to conduct oneself admirably? Does a guest not take an interest in the host/hostess's home, surroundings and way of life? Otherwise, why would one be a guest? As for "internal corruption" and lack of "accuracy", just look northward to the United States where corruption thrives and the tendency to say what people want to hear but is less than the truth runs rampant, especially in Washington, D.C.
