Dear Sir,
As a Mexican citizen and a resident of Guadalajara, I feel the need to apologize for what happened to Nancy Foster (The Reporter, April 28-May 4). It is a shame to see many practices like this one occurring, and the corresponding authorities so blind to do anything to prevent them. Maybe, when all Mexicans become tired enough, the government will be forced to do something. Meanwhile, be careful. Susana Cantoya |
