Dear Sir,
I am writing to thank all the people contributing to the wonderful memorial for my wife of 36 years, Anya Lee Flesh, who passed away unexpectedly on January 19 this year, celebrated at Andrew's Anglican Church in Riberas on Friday, February 29. I thank Reverend Michael Percival for his guidance in planning the event, his conducting of the service with dignity and his inspirational thoughts for the future. To be commended are: the church social committee spearheaded by Ralph and Pat Courtney who organized the tenting, seating and refreshments; the music by organist Timothy Welch and soloists Marian Wellman and John Jones; the three eulogists Pat Carroll, Rev. Andrew Krumbhar, and my daughter Sylva Kelegian. Over 225 celebrants attended the memorial – I thank them all for their support at this difficult time. The next evening, Saturday, March 1, the 12 out-of-town family visitors and others were invited by the Little Lakeside Theater to attend the opening night of "Little Mary Sunshine," a delightful musical directed by Anya. The show was dedicated to her as she had directed 12 stellar productions at LLT. I thank the president, Pat Carroll, the LLT staff and outstanding cast of 20 performers, the production crew headed by Jane Isbell and Jerry McDonald, and the splendid music directed by Richard and Eleanor Stromberg.
