Internet giant Google celebrated its tenth birthday on September 7 with a dramatic step in another revolutionary direction – a foray into the world of web browser software with the newly released Google Chrome (Beta).

Listening to Martha Reisel de Lanczyner (pronounced LAHN-tzhe-ner), you’d never know that Spanish is just one of her eight or so languages, and not her first. She speaks it perfectly, slowly, clearly and with a discipline that erases any extraneous words or sounds.

“Animal rescues don’t have a substantial impact. We need to balance emotion with rationality and focus on the root problem,” said Dr. Gerardo Vicente Salazar, a Costa Rican vet and the executive director of the McKee Foundation.
