Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, April 6 at 2 a.m. Clocks must be turned ahead one hour. Mexico adopted the measure 12 years ago — despite considerable opposition — conforming with countries around the world in an effort to cut down on energy use and pollution.

Mexico's socialized health care system (IMSS) announced this Tuesday that over the past 14 years its doctors successfully treated 22,000 patients with arthritis, fractures, Alzheimer's, Down's Syndrome and other conditions with some magical help from renowned illusionist David Copperfield.
