Many local eateries will offer special fare and fun in honor of Mexican Independence Day, Tuesday, September 16.

The Asociacion Comunitaria Autosuficiencia (ACA) will hold a program devoted to understanding the “alive-ness” of increasingly valuable water on Saturday, September 27, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the organization’s Eco-training center about 3.5 kilometers west of San Juan Cosala.
