'Embodying the fusion between U.S. and Mexican culture at the American
School is the "pumpkin piñata" at the school's Halloween/ Day of the

'As Ruby Gatins (L) of Grand Circle Travel (GCT) looks on, 27-time
Grand Circle traveler Erdia Varnes (C) hands a check for 5,000 dollars
to Estela Martinez Rodriguez of El Oasis orphanage in Guadalajara. The
check came from the Grand Circle Foundation, a charity wing of GCT.
The orphanage will use the money for asbestos removal and playground
maintenance.
