Undercooked poultry is one thing, but in this case my dining companion's souvlaki couldn't have been on the grill any longer than the time it would have taken someone to sneeze on it. Upon being informed of our chicken's unpreparedness, the waitress graciously took my companion's plate back to the kitchen - and returned a few minutes later with the same souvlaki, now mostly cooked but still sitting atop the same green salad on the same plate. This certain Greek restaurant in a certain plaza in Zapopan isn't cheap, leading one to expect, at the very least, an apology to accompany the raw chicken dishes. |
