guests at a presentation by the Hotel, Motel and Developers'
Association of the Costalegre last week for city officials and
representatives of community organizations.

'RELAX AND EXERCISE--Tai Chi classes by martial arts instructor Lonnie
Riddle are given three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), 10:30
to Noon at the Hotel Montecarlo in Chapala. The classes take place on
the open patio on the far western end of the hotel property.

'TIDY TOMBSTONES --
The Tombstone Trimmers of Chapala America Legion Post Seven volunteer
their time and energy to cemetery upkeep. Florence Michaloski of the
Guadalajara Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR)
presented a check to the group. The funds will be used to maintain the
lawn equipment needed for perpetual care of two expatriate cemeteries
in Chapala. Taking a break from work are (L to R) Gary Whitfield, Bud
Bennett, Ray Theriault, Michaloski, Bob Martin, Benny Brown, Leon
