I recently realized that for two months I have been asking my fellow bus passengers "puedo sentir?" ("can I feel?") instead of "puedo sentar" or ("can I sit?"). I thought it was hilarious for about a second and then decided I should look for a Spanish class before I unknowingly hit on any more strangers.
