Seeing The World Through The Eyes Of A Cat

Can a cat make a decent amateur photographer? You'd think so, judging by the images posted on www.katz23.de, a site dedicated to photos taken by Fritz, the cat. Fritz's German owner, Ramona Markstein, originally strapped a small water-resistant digital camera to his neck because she was curious about how her cat saw the world. The camera snaps photos every 15 seconds for an hour at a time. Images range from quirky and romantic to glorious. Some even possess the kind of irony art majors can discuss for hours on end: take, for example, an image taken by the Fritz-cam of a local TV crew preparing to film the cat as he sits and photographs them.
