Naked
The Naked Stage opens “An Afternoon with Woody” with performances set for January 29 and 30 at 7:30 p.m. and January 31 at 3 p.m. at Calle Zaragoza 3A in Ajijic.
Kristine Moily directs selections by Woody Allen that have been edited specifically for the Naked Stage by Moily and Ed Tasca. The collage includes “Death Knocks,” “God (A Play)” and “Writer’s Block-Riverside Drive.”
The plays will reflect Woody Allen and his non-sequiturs, quirky hairpin turns of thought and sudden switches of logic. The characters are all right out of the surreal world for which Allen has become famous.
Ticket donation is 50 pesos. For ticket information and reservations or for information about participating in a Naked Stage production, contact Jertiza McCarter at 765-3586 or Betty Lloyd Robinson at 766-2044.
